My storage didn’t go down after cleaning

Deleted photos first move to “Recently Deleted” in the Photos app and still take up space there for up to 30 days. To free the space now, open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted and delete them there. If you use iCloud Photos, it can take a little while for your devices to catch up.

Does CleanOh upload my photos?

No. Photos, videos and contacts are analyzed on your iPhone and are never uploaded. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Restore a purchase

Open CleanOh, go to the Pro screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

Cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › CleanOh Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Request a refund

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
